At Nirvanaa Health & Wellness, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after being placed.
  • Business hours do not include Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

  • During festivals, natural events, or logistical disruptions, delivery times may extend slightly.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be available under the ‘My Orders’ section of your account.

  • You can use it to track your shipment in real time.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is urgent, contact us at sales@nirvanaahealthandwellness.com and we will do our best to expedite the delivery.

 


Return & Refund Policy

Nirvanaa Health & Wellness

We want you to love your Nirvanaa products. However, if you receive a damaged, missing, incorrect, or expired item, you can request a return as per the terms below.

 


Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • It is raised within 24 hrs of receiving your order.

  • The reason falls under one of the following categories:

    • Damaged product

    • Missing product

    • Incorrect/wrong product

    • Expired product

    • Duplicate or used product

    • Empty package delivered

To initiate a return, email us at sales@nirvanaahealthandwellness.com or raise a request on our website within the return window.

 


Important Conditions

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and seals intact.

  • For combo packs, returns will only be accepted for the entire combo.

  • Any free gifts or promotional items must also be returned.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the issue (damage, missing item, wrong product) is mandatory.

  • Returns submitted without proper proof will not be considered valid.

 


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • COD orders: Refund to your bank account/wallet within 7-14 business days after approval.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

 


Missing or Damaged Items

If you received a wrong, damaged, or incomplete order, please email us with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos/videos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Invoice

    • Received item(s) showing the issue

Once verified, replacements or missing items will be shipped within 5–6 working days.

 


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • To cancel, go to the ‘My Orders’ section of your account or email us at sales@nirvanaahealthandwellness.com.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment partner.
